Era un pò di tempo che non facevo funzionare la MDP...e quindi ho pensato
di fare il pane ma no il solito pane bianco ma bensì nero..
anzi al nesquik
ho voluto preparare il pane al nesquik x merenda.. adatto per spalmarci sopra della marmellata e perchè no della nutella..
INGREDIENTI
250 ml di latte p.s.
200 g di farina manitoba
200 g di farina 00
80 g di cacao dolce ( nesquik)
1 uovo
40 g di burro sciolto
1 cucchiaino di sale fine
4\5 cucchiai di zucchero
1 bustina di lievito pan degli angeli
codette di cioccolata
Mettiamo in ordine gli ingredienti come sopra elencati.. e avviare il programma per dolci lievitati e crosta chiara.. (io ho aggiunto delle codette di cioccolata) la mia mdp e di marca severin e il suo programma e il numero 6.. una volta pronto il pane sforniamo e lasciamo intiepidire.
Non vi dico che profumino c'era per tutta la casa mmmmmm
vi assicuro che è buono anche da solo...anche per due giorni resta abbastanza morbido ed è ottimo per colazione la mattina......"PROVARE PER GUSTARE"...
