400 g DI TONNO IN SCATOLA
6 FILETTI DI ACCIUGHE SOTT'OLIO
1 TUBETTO DI MAIONESE

procedimento..
Cuociamo le patate in un tegame con dell'acqua quando saranno cotte le priviamo della pelle e ancora calde le schiacciamo con lo schiaccia patate e mettiamole in una ciotola con un pizzico di sale. In un'altra ciotola mettiamo il tonno sgocciolato dall'olio e frulliamolo assieme ai filetti di acciughe. .
Uniamo il tonno frullato alla purea di patate aggiungiamo la maionese e mescolate bene aggiustiamo ancora di sale se occorre...
Questo e il finale del polpettone..foderate uno stampo a forma di pesce con carta stagnola unta con un filo di olio..se non avete lo stampo versate l'impasto su un vassoio come ho fatto io e dategli la forma di un pesce aiutandovi con una spatola o con le mani ...una volta data la forma fate le squame con l aiuto di un cucchiaino e la coda leggermente schiacciata con i rebbi di una forchetta e con un cappero fate l'occhio e mettete il vassoio in frigo almeno per 30 minuti (più lo avete in frigo e meglio e) e gustate freddo ideale accompagnato con paste fredde....
P.S.mi scuso per le foto non molto chiare..ma sapete quando qualcosa vi inizia ad abbandonare ..!? grrrrrrrrrr ecco questa e la mia macchina fotografica e quindi per il momento uso una macchina fotografica che non e il massimo.. ma spero che almeno nelle spiegazioni sono stata abbastanza chiaro..mi scuso di nuovo..
